We are based in Johannesburg and primarily operate across Gauteng. For large-scale events and festival partnerships, we can travel to other provinces. Contact us to discuss your specific location.
Costs depend on the screen type, event duration, audience size, and partnership model chosen. We offer three partnership models (Venue-Led, Equal Partnership, Production Fee) and always aim to find a structure that works for both parties. Send us your details and we'll build a tailored proposal.
We recommend at least 4–6 weeks for smaller events, and 8–12 weeks for large fan parks or festival integrations. For FIFA World Cup and Champions League Final events, earlier is better as dates are fixed and demand is high.
Our small inflatable screen runs on a standard 220V/15A outlet — no special power needed. The large inflatable requires 220V/32A and our LED display requires 3-phase 380V/60A. We can arrange generator hire if your venue doesn't have the required supply — this is included in our event planning service.
Our small inflatable screen is perfect for intimate venues with 100–600 people. The large inflatable suits 500–3,000 and the LED display scales to 5,000+. We work with rooftops, parks, precincts, restaurants with outdoor areas, and large open fields alike.
